National Science and Innovation Olympiad - OTIO

The National Science and Innovation Olympiad (OTIO) is a national program supporting the scientific and creative aspirations of high school students aged 14–20. The competition aims to help students interested in natural sciences to implement their own innovative ideas, inventions or research projects. The program is aimed at those who want to get acquainted with the world of research, innovation and entrepreneurship at a young age. The most successful applicants receive several months of professional mentoring, during which they can further develop their concepts with the help of experts. The process ends with a large-scale national final and exhibition, where the most outstanding projects can be presented to a professional audience. The competition is announced in September every year.
